Is building construction the main ELEC-TECH service?
Yes. Building construction is the core service, supported by electrical, plumbing, fabrication, carpentry and specialist low-voltage system work.
Can I request only one specialist service?
Yes. You can enquire separately for electrical, plumbing, steel or aluminium fabrication, carpentry, CCTV, fire alarm, or telephone/data work depending on the requirement.
How does the Design + Build offer work?
For eligible projects that award construction to ELEC-TECH, architectural design drawings and plan-approval assistance can be included at no additional ELEC-TECH service charge. Third-party / authority fees remain separate unless stated in the quotation.
